Information We Collect

We collect the details you provide when placing an order or contacting us — your name, phone number, delivery address, order history, and your email address if you choose to give one.

We also collect limited technical data (device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed) to operate, secure, and improve the site.

How We Use Your Information

To process and deliver your orders, provide client care, and — with your consent — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and send you editorial updates.

Advertising & Measurement

If you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand which advertisements lead to visits and orders.

Identifiers such as your email address and phone number are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) on our servers before transmission — Meta receives the hashed values, never the originals — alongside your IP address, browser user agent, and details of the products viewed or purchased.

This only happens if you accept. If you decline, or have not yet chosen, no advertising data is sent to Meta at all. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us.

Sharing & International Transfers

We share data only with the partners needed to run the store: payment processing, delivery, hosting and database services, email delivery, and — with your consent — Meta Platforms for advertising measurement.

Some of these partners store and process data on servers outside Vietnam, including in the United States. We never sell your personal information.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet accounting and warranty obligations. Advertising data shared with Meta is retained according to Meta's own policies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to its processing, at any time — see our Data Request page or write to hello@hanabie.com. We respond within 30 days.
